I made a commitment to myself this Thanksgiving to wake up every day for a year and put my attention for at least 10 minutes to being joyful and grateful for everything in my life. Let me know if you’d like to join me in this commitment.

It’s simple, spend 10 minutes a day focusing on things in your life that you want to be joyful and grateful for…if nothing comes to mind that day, just concentrate on the words “I am joyful and grateful” for 10 minutes during the day.
