Saturday’s lesson? Precision and Efficiency

On Sat am, I had my second class in wing chun. Lots of repetition on throwing punches, blocking, then both at the same time. The key lesson I took away? Precision is required for efficiency. Very interesting to train the brain on block, block, block/throw. Probably blocking one punch every 2 seconds. Really cool, really hard on the neurons more than the body.
